Ness and Dennis have traveled a lot in their lifetime. Dennis hails from Australia and Ness from the Philippines, and New York City brought them together. They currently live in Hong Kong, but hold a special place in their heart for New York City. That's why they decided to come to New York City for a destination wedding and do a photo session at some of NYC's spots that meant something to them. We started the day at the Plaza Hotel, then went down to City Hall to get married. It was pretty awesome, we drove around in a black escalade, which took us to the right spots. We start downtown in New York City Hall, then we photographed at Union Square, Times Square and lastly at Central Park. It was a whirlwind of fun and we got some amazing photographs in the process! I love being able to be a New York City Wedding Photographer !!
A Wedding in Greenwich, Connecticut and outside of New York City
Meena and Suyash had memorable pre-wedding events. Meena had a special event in the house where she grew up in Connecticut, with a morning ceremony and tying of kalira (silver ornaments tied to the bride’s marriage bangles for good luck) by family and friends, and henna as well. Then the couple had a wonderful dinner for family and out-of-town guests. Both the couple currently live in New York City so they brought along me, a New York City wedding photographer to help them capture their day! The venue was a former bank and the marble floors, vault, floor-to-ceiling windows, and stained glass dome contributed to the beautiful atmosphere as guests mingled, watched a video of wedding wishes from friends around the world, and joined in a touching and hilarious open-mic. The day was gorgeous and elegant, as were Meena and Suyash. Here are some of the highlights:

A New Rochelle, New York Wedding
It was a beautiful morning; the sun was shining, the sky was so clear blue, everyone had a blast. It was definitely a beautiful moment to see these two say their vows to each other and finally become one! I have known Connie for a quite a number of years now, so to see her finally marry a man that can take care of her, treat her so well and have such a sensitivity to her needs; well I was really touched. I'm so happy for them! It’s always great to be able to photograph a wedding in New York City!
Here are some of my highlights from the day:
Her choosing her Maid of Honor to get the bouquet... that was NOT planned at all.. but that was GLORIOUS!!
Kimberly & Christopher Wedding - Portland, Connecticut
It's been such a long time since I've seen Kim. We went to elementary school together back in College Point. Seeing her really brought back a lot of good old memories. Kim and I started talking again when we were both planning our weddings. She had a hard time finding the perfect dress, and photographer (luckily we then realized that I was a photographer! Haha!) and we were able to exchange advice and thoughts while planning our weddings. Even through we’re both from New York City, she transported me to Portland, Connecticut to photograph her beautiful wedding day. Kim finally managed to find the PERFECT dress and despite a little bit of a drizzle-- her and Chris pulled off a beautiful wedding! Check out some of the highlights:
