Jericho Terrace and Planting Fields Arboretum Wedding in Long Island

This wedding was full of some party-loving people. Everyone was so ready to have fun, take some awesome photos and really enjoy the day to the fullest. We were lucky enough to be blessed with a gorgeous day with beautiful light and everyone was in high spirits. Yuri, a California native was marrying Jonathan, from New York, so there was such a awesome mix of people from all over the country to celebrate their big moment. They had their wedding at Jericho Terrace and we did their photographs at Planting Fields Arboretum in Long Island. It’s so wonderful to photograph at those spaces and I’m very happy that I was chosen to be their New York City wedding photographer.

Battery Park City Engagement Session in New York City

Shinay and Dwayne wanted to do their engagement session in Battery Park City because that's where they used to work and spend their time together. It was an awesome time to walk around downtown Manhattan and find some unique spots to photograph the two of them in! They were great and lively to be around! I’m so glad they chose me to photograph their new york city engagement session!!! Here are some of my favorites:

A New York City Wedding in Fox Hollow, Long Island

I was so excited to be a part of this wedding!!!  From their snowstorm proposal, to the awesome engagement session story and then now to their big day.   I have been lucky that Ester and Stephen been so open and fun, and gave me so much creative freedom for their shoots and their wedding. Ester and Stephen met in San Francisco but both were able to move back to New York City together! Stephen is New York City native while Ester is from Korea!  Ester was a gorgeous bride and their venue matched them perfectly.  Their wedding encompassed many emotional moments, beautiful speeches and encouraging words from people close to their hearts. It really showed how much love surrounded them.  Ester and Stephen have such generous and giving hearts, it's no wonder they had so many people willing to support and celebrate their big day.  I loved it!  Plus, their emcee REALLY rocked the boat.  We began the day in Queens and headed over to Fox Hollow where they had their beautiful ceremony and crazy reception!

Long Island Wedding in Westbury, New York

So happy to have been able to photograph with Alice and Jason Wu for their big wedding day in July. I photographed their engagement session before!  It was a gorgeous outdoors ceremony out in Long Island, New York with many friends and family. The day couldn't have been any more perfect.  It was a cool summer morning and the day went so smoothly.  I've known Alice and Jason since before they even dated, and now they were married.  It has been such a journey and such a beautiful one at that.  I am so very happy for them both.  I could tell that Alice's father had a bittersweet moment, letting his only daughter go, but I could also tell he was proud, happy and more than willing to allow her to be given to such an honest, faithful and strong man, Jason.  After walking his father down the aisle, her father, right before giving up her hand, gave a heartfelt speech. It was a speech that evoked many tears (I seem to cry at every wedding I shoot and then again when I edit ;__;), a speech that was spoken out of love..and a speech that really touched Alice's heart.  It was beyond beautiful! I am so happy to have been there to witness such a glorious day and moment, and would like to share some of my favorite shots the beautiful wedding with you all!
