Judy is a native Brooklyn nite, and had her entire wedding down in Brooklyn. She got ready back at her parents house, with the infamous chinese tea ceremony, and then a BEAUTIFUL reception in Williamsburg at Juliette Resturant (amazing French cuisine...BY THE WAY..) Judy is also a fashionista and it was a beautiful affair, full of amazing details and quirky items (her kick-ass gold hightop- Michael Kors sneakers!!) that really made the wedding a collection of their personalities. Dave is an impressive "BANE" impressionist, a fun and happy guy, who just really gave off such a welcoming and love towards his new wife's culture and family. It was a beautiful wedding, a beautiful combination and just a beautiful mixture of family, cultures and fun... did I say beautiful enough??! I loved this down to earth, New York City Wedding. Check out some of the highlights of their New York City Brooklyn Diverse and Multicultural Wedding:
East Williamsburg, Brooklyn New York City Engagement Photography Session
Kassie and Jon were an awesome couple to work with!!! They were really fun and laid back. They wanted a casual shoot around their neighborhood in east Williamsburg, Brooklyn, to capture the essence of their everyday life and relationship. The two had shared an intimate proposal and was planning to get married out in Kansas City, MO. They had been living in East Williamsburg for a few years and are unsure if they'll be staying in NYC for long term...so to be able to document some memories in the neighborhood; that was really important to them. Exploring east Williamsburg was a lot of fun and there were so many great urban and industrial spots to shoot these two in! I love New York City and Weddings!
501 Union Wedding in Gowanus, Brooklyn in NYC
Laurie and Matthew travel a lot for work, but they call Brooklyn, New York City their home. It was fitting that their guestbook and table cards were themed for travel and airplanes. It was such a pleasure working with these two amazing individuals! They had a very carefree attitude and some hilarious comedian friends. Not only was their venue gorgeous - they had their wedding ceremony and reception at 501 Union — but every thought and detail put into the day was accordingly suited to showcase their personalities. We started the day getting ready and then walked around the Brooklyn neighborhood for their wedding portraits and finally ended the night with dinner at the 501 building. It was such a gorgeous, laid back and fun party and really is the type of feeling that is a classic New York City wedding.

South Street Seaport New York City Engagement Session with the cutest Shiba Inu, named Cloud!
Excited to blog this adorable session with Carly, Joaquin and their little fluff of love, Cloud! We wandered the streets of South Street Seaport, grabbing some ice cream from the ice cream truck and tacos from El Luchador along the way! It was such a nice walk and a great view of the piers of New York City. Here are some of my favorite shots from their engagement session:
