New York City Wedding at the Westin Hotel and Vermilion Restaurant in Midtown Manhattan

There is so much to say about this wedding! This couple really displayed so much love. As a new york city wedding photographer I meet a lot of people in love, but these two had so much personality and love towards each other and everyone around them-- it was definitely really awesome for me to be around them and a pleasure to photograph their big day. Their wedding ceremony touched my heart, the music, the sermon and the vows were so sweet. Getting to walk around New York City’s Grand Central, throughout midtown together taking photos was also a lot of fun! We ended with the reception at an amazing restaurant and it was GORGEOUS! (and delicious!) It was indian cuisine at Vermilion NYC restaurant and the atmosphere was great! I love shooting in the heart of new york city! Another reason why I truly love being a new york city wedding photographer!

Scouring Manhattan, from the Upper West Side, to Grand Central and ending at the West Village; a Cozy Engagement Session

Hannah and Nate both are transplant New Yorkers.  So being here is probably temporary.  So of course having their engagement photographs done in New York City was the best choice!  So we explored their neighborhood on the upper west side, stopped by Grand Central and ended in the west village and photographed at some iconic NYC locations! Here are some highlights:

Grand Central & Midtown Rooftops New York City Engagement Session - AND a celebrity sighting of Jeremy Lin -Who was playing for the New York Knicks

Shana and Brad wanted to photograph inside Grand Central Station in New York City, since it was a location that held a special part of Brad's heart. He would commute through there everyday, but also it was where he proposed to Shana via the Whispering walls. We started their session inside and made our way throughout.  Shana even wore the veil that her mother wore at her wedding many years before! It was really beautiful.  Afterwards, we walked up Park ave to go towards their apartment in New York City to get on the roof and get some scenic shots of the New York City landscape!  It was gorgeous! There was a great view of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building!  Gorgeous place to photograph!!!  Along with having an amazing time with my clients... we also bumped into Jeremy Lin and he was gracious enough to take a photo with the future married couple! It was awesome! Brad is a Knicks fan... so it worked out perfectly! Again, I love being a New York City Wedding Photographer because of the happenstances like this!!

A Central Park, Upper West Side and Shake Shack Engagement Photography Session in New York City

I met Christine during my last year in photo school in RIT. She had moved to Rochester, New York for a job. As a hobby, Christine was a huge Model Mayhem-er and me, as a senior- constantly working on my photo projects, I was lucky enough to enlist Christine in a lot of my shoots. Given all the photoshoots we did together, we bonded and built a relationship that is still strong even til today. I'm so excited for Christine as she is about to begin her new life with Jon. Jon has a been a great guy, a producer for HsuBox Productions. He's always been a man of passion and continually is working towards his dream after graduating from NYU. They wanted to do their photoshoot in New York City- we went to Central Park and incorporate food with burgers and shakes from Shake Shack! And without further ado, here are some of the awesome shots I got with the couple!

Jon and Christine met in their childhood and spent most of their 4 year relationship long distance. Jon making his career in New York City, while Christine went from Florida, to Rochester then now to White Plains. Grand Central Station was a popular spot for them to meet.
